Stage one of my first installation, I built this room out of cardboard as an environment to create drawings, 2012
The remarkable thing about a good story is the way it can call up a very clear image in your mind, a visual interpretation of the words you read, each visualization unique depending on who hears the story. My drawings are all single frame snap shots of stories that I see in my mind. Some are based on stories I have heard or read, and some are based on stories that have just sprung to mind, imaginary or autobiographical.
